Delivery & Order

 

- When will I receive my order?

We have numerous warehouses in Europe and China. Some products can be delivered in 2 to 3 days, others in 7 to 21 days in the United States. Processing your order, manufacturing the products and delivering them takes our team 3 to 21 working days maximum for the United States. 10 to 20 days for Europe and Asia.

We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our service.

- How do I track my package?

You can follow the progress of your order by clicking here.

You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website.

The tracking information will be available approximately 6 days after receiving your tracking number.

- How much does delivery cost?

There is no minimum purchase required per order, and all our deliveries are free (except DOM-TOM and Monaco).

- My order is incomplete

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on the availability of stock in our shipping warehouses.

Don't worry, your missing package will be delivered in the next few days.

- I did not receive my order

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel ?

Purchase & Return

- Can I change my order?

It is possible to modify an order as long as it is not "in process".

- Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order if it is in the process of being prepared.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

- I wish to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment.

However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

- My set doesn't fit my keyboard

All our sets are fully photographed to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

Our team takes photos of each set in its entirety and adds the corresponding comment to each description. The buyer therefore assumes full responsibility for any sets that don't fit his or her keyboard.

Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can be very frustrating. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department, and we will do our best to help you (by offering you compensation, for example).

- Is my information secure?

The "HTTPS" present in the URLs of our store testifies to the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of "http" secured by the use of SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect the financial transactions of merchant sites.

As e-merchants, we are aware that the use of SSL is becoming essential nowadays. It is the best way to protect your data and to protect you against any hacker or identity theft.

Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the url bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an "s" which means "secure" and which is added to the "http" protocol on the website in the address bar.

- When is my card charged?

If your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email and the amount due will be debited within 24 to 48 hours.

If your card is not authorized, it will not be debited. In this case, please use another credit card or make your payment via Paypal or Apple Pay.
